Earnings are based on efforts of the individual, and pre-determined commission levels by the project type e.g. 50% commission on profit of teams that are built. This is a 1099 contractor position as you'll choose your hours and your tasked based projects will result in your earnings opportunities. This is not a high paying opportunity, but it is great experience.
