Paying on time, or communicating partial payments is extremely important. Late fees have been implemented for the first time due to continued abuse/lack of paying on time. The only way we can hold your spot typically is to have a financial commitment. We've suffered from flakey persons in the past as you can imagine. To keep your costs down and still be able to fulfill our mission, we have a flat operating model that takes into account a macro club funds approach.  Fees are non-refundable as there is hard cost, risk and time already utilized by the time of your placement. In the event you drop, a like skilled person could join in your place at a pro-rated value if they accept the playing charter. There are risks inherent with sport, and the financial risk is one you take. Participation is a privilege, so participants may be removed without refund at the discretion of management under our terms and conditions and playing charter. Below is our 4 page charter for review. 

If your workplace or health plan has a benefit of reimbursing you for participating in extra curricular physical fitness, we can provide an invoice and receipt, just email. Or, please use our store site and a receipt is automatically emailed to you.
